By using Alchemixt (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. Alchemixt is operated by Point Forge Labs ("we," "us," "our"), based in New Orleans, Louisiana. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Alchemixt is a cocktail development tool that provides recipe generation, flavor analysis, menu building, and related features. The Service is available as a mobile app (iOS and Android), a web app, and a marketing website. Features vary by subscription tier.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, as the Service involves cocktail recipes containing alcohol.
Alchemixt offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are presented at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.
You retain ownership of any content you create using Alchemixt, including saved recipes, check-in notes, photos, and custom specs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service. We will not use your content for marketing or share it publicly without your explicit permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineering the flavor engine or algorithms, scraping content at scale, using the Service to build a competing product, or submitting content that is unlawful or harmful.
The Alchemixt name, logo, flavor engine, ingredient database, compound profiles, and all associated algorithms and data are the property of Point Forge Labs. The cocktail templates and classic recipes in the database are drawn from the public domain and traditional bartending canon. Generated riffs are derivative works created by the algorithm from your inputs and our data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated recipes will taste good, be safe for all individuals, or be free of allergens. You are responsible for verifying ingredients and allergens before preparing or serving any recipe. Alchemixt is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.
Cost estimates and pour cost calculations are approximations based on user-provided and default pricing data. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business pricing decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Point Forge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
