Alchemixt Industry is a professional cocktail development platform licensed annually by independent bars and restaurant groups. Unlimited bartenders, one annual price, no per-seat fees.
When a bar owner hears "$600 a year for a cocktail tool," the frame of reference matters. Compared to the apps on your phone, it sounds expensive. Compared to the line items already in your operating budget, it's a rounding error. Here's the honest comparison.
A bar that uses Alchemixt to develop one successful new menu item per year has gotten several thousand dollars of value out of it. That's the pitch. We're not trying to be the cheapest app on your phone. We're trying to be the least expensive serious tool in your bar program's budget.
Every feature below came out of a real conversation with a working bartender. If something doesn't earn its place in a shift, we take it out. What's left is the stuff your team will open three times a week.
Generate full seasonal menus in minutes, tailored to your spirit inventory, your house style, and the kind of guest walking in your door. The output isn't a random suggestion. It's a draft your bar manager can actually work from.
Every bartender on your team gets the same flavor logic, ratio guidance, and substitution reasoning. The ramp time for a new hire drops from months to weeks, and your senior bartenders stop being the single point of failure for your program.
About 1,400 ingredients scored across aromatic and taste axes, built by hand over two years. When the system suggests a swap or a riff, it's working from that data, not guessing. It's not perfect, but it's a lot more consistent than the random cocktail generators floating around the App Store.
On-shift reference for everyone behind the stick. Recipe lookup, sub suggestions when an ingredient is 86'd at 9pm on a Friday, instant riffs when a guest asks for "something like a Negroni but not a Negroni." Designed for the pace of a working bar.
For teaching palate, not just teaching recipes. Bartenders adjust spirit, citrus, sweet, and modifier ratios and see the balance shift in real time. It's how you turn a bartender who follows a spec into a bartender who understands why the spec works.
Every bartender at the location, all year, no per-seat billing, no usage caps, no surprise invoices at the end of the quarter. One annual price, locked in, covers the whole team. We price it this way because we don't want to be the thing your bar manager has to "ask about" every time she hires someone.
Industry is sold direct, not through the App Store. We price annually because bars buy software annually, and because we'd rather build real relationships than optimize a monthly subscription funnel.
I'm Jason, the founder. Alchemixt is built in New Orleans and it is bootstrapped. I spent a decade in institutional finance before this, and I've bartended private events in New Orleans on the side for a while. I built Alchemixt because the tool I wanted didn't exist, and because no one I talked to in the cocktail world had one that did.
Industry is the version of Alchemixt I would have licensed myself if someone else had built it first. It's priced the way a small operator would want it priced. It replaces the things a small operator actually pays too much for. And it's sold by the person who built it, which means when you have a problem, you're not getting a support ticket. You're getting me.
